Danielle
Fleming is the creator and founder of Danielle &
Co., a bath and body care company, established in May
of 2002. She began her business out of her kitchen
using a double boiler for the production of most of
her products. Soon this began to take over her whole
house and her sanity! Ms. Fleming launched her internet
www.DanielleandCo.com, in June of 2003.
In April of 2004, Danielle & Co. opened its first
retail store in downtown Clarks Summit. Within eight
months Danielle & Co. outgrew this location and
moved to 320 South State Street,
downtown Clarks Summit. Recently, Danielle & Co. relocated again to an eco-friendly space at 831 Adams Ave., Scranton, complete with an Essence Bar. The retail store carries
all of the Danielle & Co. products as well as over 50 other brands.
In November of
2005 Ms. Fleming launched her soap to be sold
nationally at the Jacob Javits Center in New York
City. Since this event, her soaps are being sold
in over 40 upscale spas and boutiques across the

Ms.
Fleming has a Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling
Psychology from Marywood University and a Bachelor
of Arts in Psychology from Moravian College. She
is the Vice President of the Abington Marketing Alliance,
on the Board of Directors for Leadership Lackawanna,
and is a member of the Marywood GOLD Alumni, The
Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce and the
Abington Business and Professional Association. She
has received many awards, including being named one
of The TOP 20 UNDER 40 Business Owners in NEPA, Northeast
Woman in 2003, Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award
Runner Up, as well as being nominated for Woman Entrepreneur
of the Year in 2005.
