TMG Health Breaks Ground at Valley View Business Park
TMG Health, the leading national provider of expert solutions to government-sponsored health plans, broke ground on its future National Operations Center in the Valley View Business Park. Located in lots 25 and 26 of the park, the facility will be a three-story, 150,000 square foot building with the opportunity to expand to 210,000 square feet, housing up to 1,500 local employees. Construction is expected to be complete in the third quarter of 2012 by Verus Partners.

The ground-breaking ceremony hosted representatives from the Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Company (SLIBCO), Lackawanna Industrial Fund Enterprises (LIFE), and Jessup Borough.
“SLIBCO and TMG Health have a history. We have worked with Jack Tighe, assisting in their location within the Scranton Enterprise Center and now their expansion into Valley
View Business Park,” commented Austin Burke, executive vice president, SLIBCO. “TMG is a true American success story and we are thrilled to have played a role in their growth as one of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s principal employers.”
TMG Health serves health plans across the nation in the Medicare Advantage, Part D and Managed Medicaid Markets. Headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, the Company currently has locations in Dunmore; Scranton; and Amarillo, Texas.

TMG Health is the first tenant to construct a facility within Phase II of Valley View Business Park. Valley View Business Park is a 1,200-acre, mixed-use business park located within the Boroughs of Jessup and Archbald. SLIBCO has invested more than $50 million in the development of the park and project 5,000 full-time jobs will be created upon full build-out.
